The Role
We are seeking a Interior Designer - Selections Advisor to guide homeowners through the exciting process of selecting interior and exterior finishes for their custom homes. This leadership role combines design expertise, client service, and collaboration with our architects, trade partners, and JCH team.
As a Selections Advisor, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to select colors, finishes, fixtures, and design details.
- Partner with architects, designers, and trade partners to ensure selections align with project vision and budgets.
- Lead clients through an organized and enjoyable selection process using digital tools and streamlined systems.
- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture while representing our luxury brand.
- Play a leadership role with opportunities for growth into advanced design or management positions.
Qualifications
- Degree or coursework in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Strong design sense with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with both clients and professional partners.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with leadership potential.
