Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer position based in Chennai. In this role, the Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, develop creative concepts, and implement design solutions. Key responsibilities include space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and ensuring designs align with architectural requirements. The Interior Designer will work in a team-oriented environment to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetic environments.
- Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings for accurate implementation of designs.
- Knowledge of selecting and specifying Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) for tailored design solutions.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail for innovative and high-quality design execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in commercial or residential interior design is a plus.
