Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Interior Designer, based in Mumbai. The role involves creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces through space planning, designing layouts, selecting furniture, fixtures, and finishes (FF&E), and preparing detailed construction drawings. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the design vision is effectively executed from concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and designing optimized layouts for diverse spaces
- Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Expertise in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordination with clients, architects, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience of 3 to 4 years in a similar role is an advantage
