Our valued client is looking for an Intermediate Agile Project Manager to support Digital Delivery across the UiPath Platform Team and the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Team
Tasks include:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinement sessions) for both UiPath and ServiceNow CSM teams.
- Lead Kanban-based delivery for run, grow, and transform initiatives.
- Support demand management and backlog refinement, ensuring alignment with business priorities and team capacity.
- Track and report on team KPIs and delivery metrics, including throughput, cycle time, and velocity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and delivery predictability.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads to manage dependencies and unblock delivery.
- Maintain visibility into delivery pipelines and ensure alignment with CI/CD practices.
- Use Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow Agile for work tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Must have:
- Reliability security clearance with the Federal Government
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a technical delivery environment.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath (RPA) and/or ServiceNow CSM delivery models
- Proven experience with Kanban and Scrum frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and agile delivery tooling.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow Agile modules
Nice to have:
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) is a plus
- Bilingualism (English/French)
