Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Intern – CRM to join our team remotely. You will support our client engagement and sales tracking activities through our CRM platform. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing leads, client communications, and sales operations in the real estate investment domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update lead information, client interactions, and sales pipelines in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate virtually with the advisory and sales teams to track deal progress.
- Generate reports and dashboards from CRM data to support business decisions.
- Maintain data hygiene and assist with automation processes in the CRM.
- Support in research and preparation of investment proposals and pitch decks.
- Gain industry knowledge through internal training sessions and active project involvement.
Who Should Apply
- Students or recent graduates in BBA, MBA, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interest in real estate and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently from home.
