Position SummaryWe are seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Silverwater. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid work environment. You will provide first and second level support for software applications and hardware, manage help desk inquiries, and assist with deploying desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Responsibilities- Support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and business application issues
- Escalate problems and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles
- Provide support for business applications and hardware, including vendor management
- Assist with mobile device deployment using MDM tools (e.g., Intune)
- Deliver user training on technologies like Microsoft 365
- Understand system functionalities and suggest improvements
- Seek additional training to enhance skills
- Experience in help desk or IT support roles
- IT certifications preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, MacOS, MS Office Suite, and mobile OS
- Familiarity with cloud-based device management
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Adhere to WHS policies and practices
- Use equipment safely and report hazards or incidents
- Ensure a safe work environment
