Responsibilities:- Work with technologies such as Magik, Java, Oracle VMDS, SQL, and shell scripting.
- Install and configure client products and third-party software.
- Apply patches and software fixes in live customer environments.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in troubleshooting and support.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours customer support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Native Spanish speaker with an advanced level of English (C1).
- Proficiency in Magik, Java, Oracle Database, and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Work Schedule: Office hours plus on-call duty.
