Infrastructure Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing external IT support vendors and coordinating IT Support requirements.
You will oversee IT infrastructure services activities and project delivery, improve supplier service levels, and coordinate service and project delivery with business IT Lead. Additionally, you will simplify and automate work, perform access security review and maintenance, assist with implementation and maintenance of quality standards, and monitor IT quality levels and initiate corrective actions.
- Degree in IT or Engineering is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in IT, customer service, and Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools (Office 365 suite, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with Power App and Power BI is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge in infrastructure technology (desktop, mobility, network and conference room technologies) is essential.
