Production Equipment UC is a leading industrial distributor supplying over 80,000 products to customers across Europe. We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Project Administrator to support and coordinate a range of IT projects, including the deployment and implementation of industrial vending solutions. This role involves working closely with customers, internal IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the smooth planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between customer requirements and IT implementation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT-related projects, with a focus on industrial vending solutions. Act as the primary liaison between customers and the IT team, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Support project managers in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design and implementation planning. Coordinate hardware and software installations, configurations, and testing activities. Document project activities, including requirements gathering, implementation steps, and post-deployment reviews. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, timelines, and any issues encountered. Support post-implementation activities such as troubleshooting, user training, and documentation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience with industrial vending systems or similar technology solutions. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a project coordination or IT support/admin role. Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, or hardware deployments - particularly relevant to industrial equipment or vending solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both technical teams and customers. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel to customer sites for installations and project work (as required).
