Job description & requirements

We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager with extensive experience in ERP implementations, specifically SAP or JD Edwards, to lead a high-impact project involving the rollout of 21 company codes.

The role will involve managing integrations between Coupa and ERP systems via Informatica and Oracle Fusion Middleware, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the ERP implementation project across 21 company codes, following a pre-established integration blueprint.

- Collaborate closely with the Business Project Manager and IT stakeholders to ensure all project deliverables are defined, tracked, and completed on schedule.

- Monitor project timelines, escalate issues and roadblocks to the Senior IT Manager as needed.

- Coordinate and align multiple IT and business teams across regions, focusing on APAC-specific nuances where applicable.

- Ensure adherence to Waterfall project management methodology, while incorporating best practices for cross-regional ERP rollouts.

- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams (handling ERP, Coupa, Informatica, Middleware) and business stakeholders.

- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocations effectively.

- Conduct regular status meetings, maintain documentation, and provide updates to senior leadership.

- Support the testing, training, and post-go-live phases to ensure successful adoption and & Skills :


- 10+ years of experience in technical IT project management, with a strong focus on ERP implementations.

- Solid experience with SAP and/or JD Edwards ERP systems.

- Familiarity with integration tools and platforms like Informatica and Oracle Fusion Middleware.

- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes; experience in APAC region considered a plus.

- Strong risk management, issue tracking, and escalation capabilities.

- Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented approach to project management.

- Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

- Previous experience with Coupa integrations.

- Experience managing global ERP rollouts involving multiple company codes
