We are looking for an IT Recruiter to strengthen our Reach IT team, with a focus on outsourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach valid candidates for the needs identified.
- Conduct interviews and prepare a short-list of candidates to send to clients.
- Record, update and maintain client and candidate information in the internal database.
- Supporting employee loyalty and reducing turnover through regular contact.
- Providing constant feedback to candidates on the outcome of recruitment processes, regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
- Support in building and refining internal processes, namely sourcing, training and other resources.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Management, Economics, Human Resources, Information Technology,
- Marketing or similar areas.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting profiles from the technology sector.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
