The role you’ll play

We are more than 450 colleagues worldwide, and LanguageWire is searching for an IT Support Engineer to assist our colleagues when they need it the most!

The team you’ll be a part of

LanguageWire is looking for a fourth member for our IT Support Engineers team, based in Valencia. You will work closely with our three IT Infrastructure Engineers based in Copenhagen and Valencia. You will report to the Senior Director of Business Finance & Internal IT in Copenhagen. Together, we aim to automate and modernize LanguageWire IT.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent 1st & 2nd level IT support to LW employees on hardware, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on Windows PCs, Mac, and O365 applications.
• Managing end-user support and basic administration of Office 365 portals (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Mailbox management for end-users and shared mailboxes.
• Basic administration of Windows Servers and Active Directory user management.

Success in one year

• Leading or participating in IT projects related to support.
• Being a reliable support resource, fostering collaboration.

Qualifications and competencies What you’ll need to bring:

• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues.
• A proactive approach, anticipating needs and taking initiative.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with IT projects, ITIL or ITSM, Zabbix or Veeam.
• Enjoying a flat hierarchy, responsibility, and freedom to express ideas.
• Interest in internal development, and working in an inclusive, fun culture.
