IT Systems Administrator (Mac/iOS, M365, and Teams/Cisco Focus) – Fully Remote - €200 p/day
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our client who are a global consultancy. This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our clients critical IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on Mac/iOS device management, Microsoft 365 administration, and their Teams video conferencing solutions integrated with Cisco hardware. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep technical expertise across these key platforms and will also have strong English speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities :
The successful candidate will be responsible for the optimization, troubleshooting, and daily management of the following environments:
Mac/iOS Device Management
- Administer and maintain our Mac and iOS device fleet using Microsoft Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager).
- Develop, deploy, and manage configuration profiles, application deployments, and security policies for Mac and iOS devices.
- Ensure device compliance, implement Zero-Touch deployment (e.g., Apple Business Manager), and manage lifecycle for all Apple hardware.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues unique to the Mac/iOS ecosystem.
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Provide advanced administration and support for the full Microsoft 365 suite (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
- Manage user identities, access, and security within Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) , including hybrid identity solutions, conditional access policies, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM/Intune) for administration beyond Apple devices, including policy management and device enrolment.
- Manage and administer the various Microsoft Admin Portals (e.g., M365 Admin Center, Security & Compliance).
Teams Video Conferencing and Cisco Integration
- Manage and support our Microsoft Teams video conferencing solutions .
- Specialize in the integration and management of Cisco hardware (e.g., Cisco Webex Devices, room kits) within the Teams ecosystem.
- Administer the Teams Pro portal and related Cisco device management interfaces to ensure optimal performance and functionality of conference room systems.
- Troubleshoot complex A/V, network, and connectivity issues related to the Teams and Cisco integration.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in Mac/iOS device management using Microsoft Intune .
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration , including Azure AD , Conditional Access, and security best practices.
- Strong experience managing and integrating Microsoft Teams with third-party conferencing hardware, particularly Cisco .
- Familiarity with the Teams Pro portal and Cisco device management for video conferencing.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively to a team environment.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Cisco certifications) are a strong plus.
