What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Help with orders, exchanges, and identify upselling opportunities
- Ensure accurate case tracking and timely follow-up
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and internal policies
- Collaborate with your team to meet quality KPIs and boost customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent Italian– mandatory
- Strong English skills – written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support (ideally in a contact center or B2B setting)
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
