Executive – Graphic Designer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create innovative concepts and designs for digital, print, and social media.
- Lead the design process from idea to execution while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams for impactful visuals.
- Design marketing assets: banners, posters, brochures, presentations, etc.
- Develop engaging content for web, emails, and social media campaigns.
- Guide junior designers with creative direction and feedback.
- Stay ahead with current trends, tools, and best practices.
- Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio across various design media.
- Knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Self-driven and team-oriented.
