What You’ll Do
- Learn how to source and engage top candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and creative outreach.
- Speak with candidates daily — understanding their skills, motivations, and career goals.
- Support the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
- Build long-term relationships with talented people across the tech industry.
- Work closely with our Recruitment Manager to master the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Track activity, meet achievable goals, and celebrate your wins as part of a growing team.
