Experience: 2–3 years in E-commerce / Q-commerce (preferably Category Management or Key Account Management)
Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field preferred
About the Role :
This role is ideal for professionals who have worked as Category Executives or Account Associates with E-commerce or Q-commerce platforms (such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or Amazon) and are now ready to move brand-side to manage key accounts, assist in strategic planning, and execute business plans.
You’ll work closely with the Head – Digital Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of platform strategies and achievement of growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account & Business Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations across key E-commerce & Q-commerce accounts.
- Coordinate with category managers and platform teams on listings, pricing, visibility, and promotions.
- Support in preparing and tracking Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with digital platforms.
- Monitor sales performance and report key metrics — sales, ROI, visibility, and product performance.
2. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
- Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure product listings, banners, and content are accurate and optimized.
- Track performance during campaigns and share insights for improvement.
3. Data & Analysis
- Maintain dashboards and assist in analyzing sales trends, conversions, and ROI.
- Work on platform analytics and provide recommendations on assortment, pricing, and visibility.
- Generate performance reports and share regular updates with management.
4. Coordination & Execution
- Liaise with internal teams — supply chain, operations, finance, and marketing — to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock management.
- Track fill rates, resolve platform queries, and support business continuity.
5. Market & Competitive Insights
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor launches, and category movements.
- Share insights with the team to help shape digital growth strategies.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Q-commerce (Category Executive, Account Executive, or similar roles).
- Background: Exposure to FMCG, food, or digital-first consumer brands preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Good understanding of online merchandising and category management
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and platform dashboards
- Tools (Preferred): Power BI, Google Analytics, or platform-specific reporting tools
