Sales / Key Account Manager – Biopharma Single-Use
Role Purpose
Drive sales of Gopani’s single-use and filtration solutions into biopharma customers, with a focus on vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, and other biologics. Build deep relationships with bioprocess, MSAT, and validation teams and support them through trials, approvals, and scale-up.
Experience- 3 to 4 years.
Location- Gujarat, Mumbai, Hyderabad
Key Products and Solutions
- Single-use assemblies for buffer and media preparation.
- Capsule and cartridge filters for bioprocess steps.
- Sterile connectors, tubing sets, and transfer lines.
- Bioreactor-related filtration and venting solutions.
- Small-scale development and pilot filtration assemblies.
Primary Customer Profiles
- Bioprocess and MSAT teams in biopharma plants.
- Upstream and downstream process engineers.
- Process development and scale-up teams.
- QA / validation and regulatory support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Map key biopharma accounts and identify filtration and single-use opportunities.
- Plan and execute trials for single-use assemblies and capsule filters.
- Work with internal application engineering to translate requirements into proposals.
- Manage the funnel from lead generation to validation and commercialisation.
- Develop account plans and growth strategies for strategic biopharma customers.
- Coordinate documentation, validation support, and technical clarifications.
- Represent Gopani as a trusted technical partner in bioprocess filtration.
Candidate Profile – Education and Experience
- B.Tech in Chemical, Biochemical, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience selling technical solutions into biopharma or high-end pharma.
- For senior roles, 8+ years of relevant bioprocess or single-use sales experience; degree can be flexible.
- Hands-on exposure to bioreactors, buffer/media prep, or bioprocess filtration is preferred.
- Experience with single-use technologies, sterile filtration, or bioprocess equipment is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Order booking and revenue from biopharma single-use and filtration SKUs.
- Number of active trials and their conversion rate.
- Number of new biopharma accounts opened per year.
- Depth of penetration (number of applications or process steps where Gopani is approved).
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business from key biopharma accounts.
Travel and Location
Frequent travel to biopharma plants and R&D centres is required (30–60% of time, depending on base location).
