We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Classic Kia Smithfield. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pre-owned Kia vehicles and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive pre-owned Kia vehicle sales
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Manage inventory and pricing strategies to maximize profitability

Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of pre-owned Kia vehicles is a plus
- Valid driver's license
