We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive expertise in UKG Kronos to lead the design and deployment of a global Time & Attendance solution . This role is based in Sydney and involves managing a multi-region, enterprise-wide UKG upgrade and rollout.
This critical project offers an opportunity to standardize and modernize global workforce management processes for our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the UKG Kronos upgrade and global Time & Attendance rollout.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT.
- Manage vendor relationships, internal teams, and international stakeholders.
- Drive project planning, scope, resourcing, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with global and local timekeeping regulations.
- Oversee configuration, testing, change management, and go-live activities.
- Provide leadership and clear communication across cross-functional and dispersed teams.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex UKG Kronos (Workforce Dimensions or Workforce Central) implementations.
- Expertise in Time & Attendance processes and global workforce solutions.
- Track record of leading multi-country or global HRIS/T&A projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Understanding of integration points with Payroll, HR, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently from Australia while engaging with global teams.
- Experience with global compliance and localization for timekeeping (preferred).
