Duties

- Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with stakeholders to align on goals and objectives.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide insights on business development strategies to enhance client growth.
- Engage in business analysis to evaluate operational processes and recommend enhancements.
- Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management consulting with a focus on change management and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in business consulting with a track record of successful client engagements.
- Proficient in conducting research and presenting findings effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
