We are seeking a Lead Designer with a strong background in user experience and design leadership to join our team. This role is crucial for defining and implementing a cohesive digital experience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and tactical leader, capable of translating complex business goals into intuitive, user-centered design frameworks. This position requires someone who can confidently lead projects end-to-end, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to influence and drive design decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for digital platforms, focusing on both acquisition and service-oriented strategies.
  • Translate high-level business objectives and complex workflows into clear, scalable information architectures, user journeys, and design artifacts.
  • Drive design discussions and alignment by leading workshops with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Act as a thought leader, leveraging competitive analysis and data-driven insights to influence design strategy and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure design vision is maintained throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in UX design, with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience leading projects from conception to completion.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver polished, user-centered designs.
  • Expert proficiency with Figma and Miro is required.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing, digital advertising, and CRM workflows (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and user research to inform and justify design decisions.
