Lead Generation & Appointment Setter – Commercial Cleaning full time
We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning and property services company based in Australia, seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to help grow our client base.
You will be responsible for contacting businesses across various industries (e.g., offices, hospitality, education, retail, and industrial sites) to introduce our services, qualify their cleaning needs, and book appointments for our sales team.
- Make outbound cold calls to Australian businesses using provided leads or researched databases
- Introduce our commercial cleaning services in a professional and engaging manner
- Ask qualifying questions to identify if the prospect fits our ideal client profile
- Book appointments directly into our sales calendar
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Provide regular updates and feedback on lead quality and objections
- Strong spoken English and confident phone manner
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing (B2B preferred)
- Previous work with cleaning, property services, or facility management industries (preferred but not essential)
- Reliable internet and quiet working environment
- Comfortable working in the Australian time zone
- Flexible working hours (with overlap during AUS business hours)
- Steady long-term work for the right candidate
- Ongoing training and support
- $4–$6 USD/hour to start (depending on experience) + performance-based incentives
