The Opportunity:
Weare seeking a highly motivatedLead Generation Sales Executive with deep industry connections and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads in thedesign, architecture, and construction sectors . The ideal candidate will have an extensive network, strong sales acumen, and the ability to identify and nurture key business opportunities. This is a 100% commission-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to attract new clients, such as individuals commissioning residential projects to developers and organisations needing commercial or institutional buildings.
- Leverage existing contacts and cultivate new relationships to generate high-value business opportunities.
- Track and analyse lead generation performance, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth handoff.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand connections.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in B2B lead generation or business development , preferably in architecture or construction.
- Strong existing network of contacts in the development/construction industry.
- Hustle + autonomy – no hand-holding; you’ll own the process from outreach to close.
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for the industry.
