As Node.js Engineering Manager, you’ll be given the rare opportunity to build a brand-new engineering team from scratch—shaping its culture, direction, and success from day one.
In this role, you’ll lead the development of a major new product that integrates advanced AI technologies to power intelligent, adaptive user experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional AI and data science teams to deliver smart features, from intelligent search to real-time personalization. AI won’t just support your work—it will be at the core of what you build.

You will:
- Lead and mentor a new team of engineers

Skills / Experience:
- Strong engineering background (Node.js is a must)
- Leadership experience
- Passion for coaching, influencing, and building team culture
Salary / Remuneration: €65,000 - €75,000 + benefits
