We are currently seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team and lead the development of backend systems.Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 8+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, and RDBMS (Oracle preferred).- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.- Proficiency in design patterns and SOLID principles.- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.- Experience working with cloud technologies and services will be added advantage.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Oracle RDBMS.- Lead the architecture and implementation of backend components to support the organization's software applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.- Implement best practices for performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.- Drive the adoption of Agile development methodologies and participate in planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Own and drive features/projects to successful completion.- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in backend development and cloud services.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.Benefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement- Dynamic and collaborative work environment
