Senior Consultant @ Cpl | Multilingual Candidate Relationships | EMEA Focus

Learning Consultant (Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Type: Full-time, Hybrid

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and multilingual Learning Consultant to join our Customer Learning team. In this hybrid role, you’ll deliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions, both live and on-demand to customers and partners across the globe. Your mission: ensure our clients get the most value out of our solutions through impactful training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live and on-demand instructor-led training using a variety of platforms and technologies.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions for end-user customers and partners, both regionally and globally.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent training programs and customer experiences.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to develop a deep understanding of our products and customer needs.
• Update and recommend improvements to training materials and facilitation designs.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular progress reports.
• Analyze feedback to continuously enhance training effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in customer training, virtual education, or L&D environments.
• Proven ability to deliver instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) training programs.
• Fluency in English AND Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional European language skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Passion for training and empowering others.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Experience developing and delivering both external and internal training programs.
• Confident public presence; comfortable engaging large audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Familiarity with virtual platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx) and LMS platforms (Skilljar).
