Position: Leasing Consultant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with finding and leasing properties that meet their needs. Your role will involve conducting property tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth leasing process from start to finish.
Duties:
Maintain a positive professional personal appearance and attitude
Ensure primary areas are always "show ready" including Clubhouse/Office, Amenities, Model, Target Units, and Community.
Greet and build rapport with all potential and current residents
Create/Manage/Maintain phone, email and in person leads
Follow up on all potential residents via email, phone, texts, etc.
Collaborate with property management to ensure all units are well-maintained and ready for move-in
Work with Property Management Software to manage leads, prepare lease paperwork, enter maintenance tickets, etc.
Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Be a team player, sales driven, create urgency and excitement to close the lease
Handle tenant inquiries and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages or repairs needed
Must be able to work within Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Experience:
2 years' experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is required
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of property maintenance and basic understanding of landlord-tenant law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attire: Business Professional
Schedule: Mon-Fri- 9:00am-6pm, Sat- 10am-5pm (Two Days off)
