Internships at AMAMRI LAWYERS LLP offer a rigorous and immersive experience in litigation, intellectual property, compliances and regulatory law. The program is exclusive and full-time, designed to assess legal acumen, research depth, and professional integrity.
Duration-
At AMAMRI LAWYERS LLP, we encourage a minimum commitment of three months for our internship program. While internships are structured to begin on the Tenth working day of a calendar month , preference is given to candidates who can commit for multiple consecutive months .
This long-term structure ensures greater exposure to live cases, deeper involvement in legal research and drafting, and meaningful mentorship. Internships must be full-time and exclusive —you cannot pursue other professional or academic engagements during the internship period.
Eligibility:
General Requirement : Open to full-time law students enrolled in BCI-recognized LL.B. programs, with the intention to enrol as advocates or work as corporate lawyer or in-house counsel upon graduation.
Types of Internship:
Pre-Final Year Internship (Unpaid)
For students in their penultimate year.
Only one internship allowed during the pre-final year.
Automatically assessed for recommendation to the Final Year (Follow-On) Internship.
Final Year (Follow-On) Internship (Paid if assessment for placement)
Only for those recommended after a Pre-Final Internship.
Minimum 6-month gap required since Pre-Final internship.
Stipend: (for placement-assessment internships).
Final Year (Regular) Internship (Unpaid)
For final-year students without a prior AMAMRI internship or recommendation.
Very limited availability.
Categories of Internship:
Private Litigation and Legal Impact & Human Rights
Focus: Civil- Criminal, commercial and pro-bono Litigation
2.Contract Management, Regulatory & Compliance
Focus: Compliance and financial regulations, licensing frameworks.
3.Intellectual Property Law
Focus: Trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and related litigation.

Mode & Location:
All internships are in-person at our New Delhi office.
Internship Structure:
Each intern is assigned:
A Facilitator for workflow.
A Mentor for guidance and review.
Work Areas:
Legal Practical Work : Drafting pleadings, case research, memo preparation.
Legal Scholarship : At least one 400-word legal research article (may be published on AMAMRI's platform).
Certificate & Recommendation:
Certificates with verifiable QR code are issued post-internship. Based on performance, a recommendation may be issued:
