Experience : From 3 to 4 years of client servicing experience in digital/ mainstream advertising/ integrated ad agencies. (Experience in client servicing from other industries will not be considered for this position )

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Associate Manager – Account Management (ATL + Social Media)  to join our team. The role involves managing two diverse brands simultaneously, with a strong focus on the digital execution of campaigns, as well as handling on-ground execution, such as product launches/ events, and coordination work. The ideal candidate should be flexible, proactive, and capable of working across multiple mandates with discretion and ownership.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end on ATL and social media campaigns across brand verticals.

• Liaise with internal teams (strategy, creative, media, production) to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns.

• Be actively involved in on-ground activation and coordination activities.

• Handle day-to-day client communication and relationship management.

• Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across projects and platforms.

• Support in identifying and pitching for new business opportunities.

Professional Skills:

• Min 3 years of experience in account management or social media roles in advertising/digital agencies.

• Prior experience working on integrated campaigns (ATL + Digital).

• Experience with automobile or consumer brands is preferred but not mandatory.

• Hands-on experience in working with brand teams and agency partners.

• Ability to multitask, travel for on-ground work, and manage high-pressure timelines.

• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

• Open to travel or extended hours during shoots/activations as required.

• A go-getter attitude with the ability to work discreetly and independently.
