As Manager, Customer Onboarding, you will lead a team of Onboarding Specialists who help set up our customers for long-term success with Klaviyo. Your team will be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through their first 60-90 days to ensure successful implementation of the platform, delivering quick value and a strong foundation for their marketing and growth strategies.
You will collaborate with other managers across the organization to evolve the customer experience, coach your team, and improve customer satisfaction and retention. We seek individuals who are creative problem solvers, motivating leaders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
How You Will Make a Difference- Manage day-to-day operations, performance, data analytics, and process improvements for a team of 7-9 direct reports.
- Support your team in driving positive outcomes, focusing on rapid time to value and healthy onboarding results.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and serve as a point of escalation to build trust with customers and team members.
- Assess customer sentiment, recognize trends, and develop actions to improve outcomes.
- Invest in team members’ professional growth through career planning, skill development, and feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand needs, analyze data, and lead projects.
- Scale and upskill the onboarding team for our growing global customer base.
- Work closely with teams like Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Success to enhance customer experience.
- Passionate about customers
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and energized by a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in leading teams to achieve customer success metrics
- Experienced in team building and relationship management
- Agile, adaptable, and capable of managing change
- Trusted partner with strong internal collaboration skills
- 2+ years managing at least 4 team members in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management; Marketing Technology experience is a plus
Our salary range reflects local labor costs. The offered base salary depends on skills, experience, education, and location. Total compensation may include bonuses, equity, sign-on payments, and benefits. Visit Klaviyo Rewards - Global Benefits for details.
Base Pay Range: €76,000—€114,000 EUR
