Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with strong communication skills who can ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. The candidate should be confident in interacting with clients, managing feedback, and using project management tools to track and report issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Test web and mobile applications for functionality, performance, and usability.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding testing updates, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of bug-free and polished projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or other job/project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
