Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Business Analyst (Level 3) to join the 777 Wings Team in Everett, WA.

The successful candidate must be able to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings

  • Effectively collects, organizes, synthesizes, and analyzes data; summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan

  • Maintains dashboards and health reports that provide real-time visibility for leadership

  • Facilitates regular project reviews, check-ins, and escalations on critical or high-risk efforts

  • Effectively plans what is to be achieved and involves all relevant stakeholders

  • Anticipates important or critical events, identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibility for specific work, including deadlines and performance expectations

  • Demonstrates the use of information-gathering techniques, analyzing situations and identifying implications to make correct decisions

  • Demonstrates ability to monitor progress and to make changes as required

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

  • Assists in planning management cadence and operating rhythm

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidates will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis

  • 3+ years of experience engaging in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs

  • 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • 3+ years of experience in managing projects

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or complex operations

  • Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $91,800 - $124,200
