We are seeking a skilled and creative Email Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team in Madrid.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in email marketing, social media management, copywriting, and graphic design. You will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns, analyzing their performance, and fostering online engagement to help our clients reach their objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Email Marketing :
- Design and create email templates using tools like BeeFree.
- Optimize email visuals for responsiveness and aesthetic quality.
- Segment and execute email marketing campaigns effectively.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Zoho Analytics.
Social Media Management :
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for clients across platforms (e.g., Meta, Brandwatch).
- Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media ads and posts.
- Build and moderate social media communities by responding to comments and encouraging engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs to improve content and strategy outcomes.
Content Creation :
- Produce visually appealing reports and graphics using Canva.
- Develop compelling English-language copy for email campaigns, ads, and social media content.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
- At least 2 years managing social media platforms.
- High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of tools like BeeFree, Zoho Analytics, Mautic, Meta, Brandwatch, and Canva.
- Proven ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
- Exceptional copywriting skills focused on engaging and results-driven content.
