Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will manage and execute specific initiatives that align with the ARYZTA Ireland/UK sales strategy for the companies' brands across Grocery, Foodservice, and Retail Convenience. The role covers a wide range of marketing activities that are predominantly focused on customer and consumer activity. It will ideally suit someone who is looking to develop their skills while relishing the autonomy and opportunity to influence and shape the business going forward. Principle duties and responsibilities will include: MANAGEMENT Execution of Channel plans in line with our Customer and Brand plans. This will incorporate the Cuisine de France and Pierre's Hot Food brands. Deliver key projects fully and on time in line with trade deadlines and setting of milestones ensuring that support is delivered from other functions. BUSINESS Support in the delivery of Volume & Value targets for the Channels with specific actions identified to improve profitability. Build marketing plans in line with the ARYZTA Ireland/UK Strategy and ensure budget spend is effectively managed. Use SAP to raise POs and ensure all activities are delivered in line with the allocated budget. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT Manage for your success by working with your manager ensuring you have clear objectives, a working Personal Development Plan along regular reviews to capture feedback about performance. RELATIONSHIPS Build effective relationships with customers, potential partners, and agencies to develop programs that deliver value to each party. Create strong links with the Product, Key Account & Field Sales teams to enhance our execution capabilities. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - ESSENTIAL 2 years experience in an FMCG environment in the areas of Sales, Retail, and Marketing. A keen interest in the areas of trade/consumer marketing. Experience of working closely with commercial teams with a strong affinity for commercial team success. Cross functional team experience that delivered key projects to business. A qualification in sales/marketing/business is desirable but not essential. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - DESIRABLE Experience in the food industry is desirable but not essential.
