Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at 1path2peace located in Ahmedabad. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends and data, identifying potential market opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. The role includes leading efforts to generate qualified leads for clients and collaborating with creative teams and stakeholders to deliver results aligned with clients' goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and developing Marketing Campaigns
- Strategic planning, Market Research, and Analytics skills to identify trends and drive results
- Proficiency in Content Creation, Content Marketing, and SEO optimization
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills for both internal and external engagement
- Ability to manage teams, oversee multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the lead generation industry is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational abilities
