Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong real estate experience to lead marketing and lead generation for our projects across the Amaravati–Guntur–Vijayawada region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for open plots, residential projects, and housing construction.
- Generate high-quality leads and support the sales team for conversions.
- Oversee branding materials: brochures, videos, hoardings, site branding, and ads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the AP Capital Region.
- Coordinate project launches, events, and real estate expos.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–7 years of real estate marketing experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Amaravati–Guntur–Vijayawada real estate market.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
