Job Title: Marketing Manager
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of offline marketing channels and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to support brand goals and business growth.
- Plan and manage BTL (Below The Line) activities such as events, exhibitions, mall activations, roadshows, sponsorships, and brand tie-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for event setups, printing, fabrication, and logistics.
- Oversee outdoor media planning — hoardings, transit media, retail branding, and signage.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging marketing collateral (flyers, standees, brochures, etc.).
- Drive local marketing campaigns and community engagement programs to increase brand visibility.
- Manage budgets for offline campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.
- Track campaign performance through lead generation, footfall, and engagement metrics.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with event partners, media agencies, and external vendors.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and sales teams to ensure 360° integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging offline marketing opportunities.
