We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Marketing Manager with strong expertise in CRM management, real estate portals, lead funnel optimisation, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should be excellent at handling end-to-end lead flow—from capture to closure—while ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, sales, and management teams.
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM (Zoho / Salesforce / Sell.do / NoBroker CRM / custom CRMs).
- Ensure accurate lead entry, proper tagging, follow-up tracking, and status updates.
- Create and maintain automated workflows, reminders, lead distribution rules, and follow-up checks.
- Monitor lead ageing, leakage, drop-offs, and escalate issues to sales teams.
- Manage listings, project pages, and lead flow from portals like Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing.com, NoBroker, CommonFloor, etc.
- Ensure property details, images, pricing, and project descriptions are accurate and updated.
- Track portal lead performance, quality, and coordinate with portal account managers for optimisations.
- Oversee the entire lead journey—from enquiry to site visit to booking.
- Track lead movement across stages and identify bottlenecks in the funnel.
- Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups, TAT adherence, and conversion improvement.
- Maintain a clear view of site visits, walk-ins, hot leads, and daily/weekly sales funnel performance.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering leads, portal performance, funnel analytics, and sales progress.
- Develop dashboards for management, highlighting trends, conversion rates, revenue projections, and pipeline health.
- Share insights on lead quality, sales activities, and operational gaps.
- Present clear summaries for review meetings with leadership.
- Liaise with sales, customer support, marketing, and external portal partners.
- Support in documentation, project updates, brochures, and content inputs for listings.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, pricing, offers, and project status.
- 4–7 years of experience in real estate CRM, lead management, or marketing operations.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, real estate portals, and lead funnel processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort with large datasets.
