Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing,
and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
This role involves managing marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation,
coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to optimize marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
·Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
·Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
·Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
·Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
·Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
·Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
·Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and brand activations.
·Build relationships with media, advertising partners, and key stakeholders.
·Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels and campaigns.
Requirements:
Qualification
·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
·Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience
·5+ years of experience in marketing or related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
·Strong leadership and team management skills.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Travelling, Make new delars, HubSpot, Mailchimp, CRM systems).
·Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
·Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
·Strong organizational and project management skills.
