What you’ll do Build & lead a full-funnel paid strategy
Launch a 90-day growth plan: define target audience, set budget & KPIs (CPL, ROAS, LTV).
Execute & optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Set up and manage campaigns across all three platforms. A/B test creatives and audiences. Leverage Meta Advantage+, Google Performance Max, and LinkedIn Lead Gen/Conversation Ads.
Manage ad accounts directly
You’ll be responsible for handling live ad accounts. Prior experience managing (and ideally owning) business ad accounts on Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is essential.
Turn dashboards into action
Translate analytics into actionable insights. Report on campaign effectiveness and pivot fast.
Collaborate on content
Partner with creative teammates to ensure alignment between performance goals and brand voice.
Share your growth mindset
Lead a 2-hour monthly internal session to upskill the team on the latest growth trends, experiments, and wins.
Who you are 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google & LinkedIn Ads.
Proven experience directly managing and owning ad accounts on all three platforms.
Skilled in targeting, audience segmentation, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
Strong in data tools: GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio.
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, async-friendly setup.
Fluent in English, both in communication and in metrics.
