Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager, located in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Manager will oversee and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to promote brand awareness and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include creating marketing plans, driving customer engagement, managing digital marketing efforts, analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing projects.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and developing customer engagement strategies
- Ability to conduct Research and analyze market trends to inform decision-making
- Experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, and developing brand messaging
- Proficiency in creating and editing Written Content, including creative and promotional materials
- Excellent organizational and project management skills for handling multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation software is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
