Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Noida. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends. The role involves coordinating with marketing teams, overseeing promotional activities, and ensuring brand consistency. The Marketing Manager will also be accountable for managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and driving customer engagement through various marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution for the new kids stationery brand across India.
- Drive brand positioning, campaign launches, and market growth in both modern trade and D2C channels.
- Oversee research, competitor analysis, and child/family-focused communication strategy.
- Manage cross-functional teams—branding, digital, content, activations.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and distribution for market impact.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and child-safety norms.
Qualifications
:
- 10+ years in FMCG/consumer marketing, with at least 3 years in kids/education/retail sectors.
- Proven team leadership, track record in pan-India brand launches.
- MBA or equivalent.
- Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis skills
- Ability to work on-site in Noida
