About the Role:
Are you a high-potential marketing leader with 4+ years of experience, ready to be fast-tracked to a CMO role?
This is a unique opportunity to join one of India's most ambitious luxury brands on a clear path to a 1000 Crore valuation. You will be personally mentored by our Chairman of the Board (PhD, MBA, 20+ years of global marketing experience) to become the CMO and lead our national expansion to 10 cities.
We are looking for a resourceful, ambitious professional with a startup mindset to take full ownership of our brand and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a pan-India marketing strategy to support our 10-store national expansion.
- Drive qualified footfall to all stores using a 360-degree marketing approach (Digital, B2B Alliances, Events).
- Build and lead our entire digital marketing function (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content) targeting HNI/UHNI audiences.
- Create marketing programs for strategic alliances with top real estate developers and the Architect/Interior Designer (A&ID) community.
- Own the marketing budget and be accountable for key growth KPIs (Footfall, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate).
- Build a lean, high-performing marketing team from the ground up.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 4-8 years of high-impact marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Proven track record of driving significant brand growth or customer acquisition.
- Hands-on expertise across the full marketing mix, especially digital marketing.
- A true "founder's mentality"resourceful, accountable, and relentlessly driven.
- Exceptional learning agility and ambition to grow into a C-suite role.
- MBA is a plus.
