Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic
Marketing Manager
to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our institution in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing marketing operations within reputed educational institutions in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and student enrollment.
- Plan and oversee advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Manage social media presence and ensure effective engagement with target audiences.
- Coordinate with admission and academic teams to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing in the education sector within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE education market dynamics and cultural landscape.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
