We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our brand presence and project promotions in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional with a strong understanding of the Indian real estate market, digital marketing trends, and customer engagement strategies. The Marketing Manager will work closely with sales, project management, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns that drive lead generation and project success.
Responsibilities / Job
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects, including branding, positioning, and promotional campaigns to drive customer interest and sales conversions.
- Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), print, outdoor advertising, and events to maximize project visibility and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation in the Mumbai real estate market.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, project presentations, website content, and virtual tours, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and RERA compliance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversion, including CRM management and follow-up strategies.
- Plan and execute promotional events such as property expos, site visits, and launch events, coordinating with vendors, media, and influencers to enhance brand reach.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, PR firms, and media houses to secure cost-effective media buys and high-impact coverage for projects.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations (e.g., RERA guidelines) in all marketing materials and campaigns, maintaining transparency and accuracy in project promotions.
- Mentor junior marketing team members, foster a creative and collaborative team environment, and contribute to the development of internal marketing processes.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an MBA in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in the real estate sector or related industries (e.g., hospitality, construction, or luxury goods).
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), and content marketing, with hands-on experience in campaign management.
- Strong understanding of the Indian real estate market, particularly in Mumbai, including knowledge of customer behavior, market trends, and regulatory requirements (e.g., RERA, MahaRERA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
