Role & responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CMO to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to different markets (across India).
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Brand Building: Strengthen the TaxManager and CredManager brand presence in India by creating and promoting engaging content, fostering partnerships, and leveraging PR opportunities.
- Competitive Monitoring and Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitive and industry monitoring to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and understand customer needs
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of ophthalmology domain knowledge required.
- Proven track record of success in building strong relationships with KOLs.
- Excellent people management skills; ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Marketing Manager
- Current Experience in BFSI Industry with Regional Manager or Branch Manager designation
