Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Indore. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing social media and online presence, coordinating with the sales team, and analyzing market trends to improve marketing activities. The Marketing Manager is also expected to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and present marketing plans to company stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing
- Experience in developing Marketing Strategies and conducting Market Research
- Excellent skills in Social Media Management, Campaign Management, and Public Relations
- Proficient in data analysis, budgeting, and performance metric tracking
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership experience and team coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the flat steel manufacturing industry is advantageous
