Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Mangaluru. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and managing the marketing team. The role involves coordinating with other departments to align marketing initiatives with company goals, analyzing market trends, and preparing marketing reports. The Marketing Manager will also handle budgeting and ensuring that marketing efforts maximize return on investment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, digital marketing, and campaign management
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and report preparation
- Team management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning for marketing activities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the marine, sustainability, or technology sectors is a plus
