We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, campaign performance, and content alignment for Seekho. You'll work across performance marketing, creatives, and channel strategy to execute high-impact marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
- Analyze performance data to reduce CAC and improve conversions
- Collaborate with content and product teams to align supply with demand
- Drive creative strategy and manage execution of high-performing ad assets
- Support growth experiments and track performance across funnels
Must-Have
- 3+ years in marketing or growth roles at a high-growth startup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus)
- Experience running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
- Creative mindset with high ownership and execution ability
Good-to-Have
- Background in content/media or consumer-tech businesses
- Familiarity with attribution tools, GA, Meta Ads Manager, Appsflyer etc.
